hipping & Delivery

At Nilla & Fred, we work with carefully selected European brands to bring you beautiful, thoughtful products for babies and children.

Our products are shipped from partner warehouses in Europe, allowing us to offer a curated collection without unnecessary storage or overproduction.

Delivery countries We currently deliver to Sweden, Germany, and the Netherlands. More countries may be added in the future.

Shipping cost Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Orders over €65 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery time Most orders are delivered within 3–8 business days after dispatch. Orders are usually processed on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to carrier delays.

Shipping method Orders are delivered to your home address or a nearby pickup point, depending on your country, the product size, and the delivery partner. In Sweden, deliveries may be sent to a pickup point. In Germany and the Netherlands, orders are usually delivered door-to-door.

Split shipments Some products are shipped directly from different partner brands. If your order contains items from more than one brand, your order may arrive in separate parcels at different times.

Tracking When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
